从句角度来说:problem后面的从句还可能是同位语,如果that后面是problem的内容那就是同位语,否则就是定语从句,也就是修饰这个problem的。
动词时态角度来说:anticipate是预计预期的意思,所以这些问题肯定是还没发生的,所以应该是未来时,还有arise是个不及物动词,因此不需要用被动式。另外我觉得这里用could arise比较好,因为wil...
